FRP TANK - ARUN PLAST constructs a variety of FRP tanks as per client’s requirements and specifications. The amazing hand lay-up process is used to fabricate FRP tanks. To maintain the international standard of quality tested fiberglass and polyester resin.

FRP tanks constructs by Arun plast. are used to store various corrosive chemicals and matches for both above-ground as well as underground installations. These tanks are made with a capacity of 100 KL in various sizes.

    Gasoline, Jet Fuel, AV-Gas, Motor Oil, Kerosene, Diesel Fuel, Alcohol-Gasoline Blend Motor Fuels, Ethanol-Blend Motor Fuels, Methanol Blends, Oxygenated Motor Fuels, Water & Septic, Any Gasoline/Ethanol Blend, including 100% Ethanol, Methanol or M85
  • Testing
    To ensure the quality products and long service life we conduct various testing before delivering the tanks to customer. Some of the tests are Hydro Test, Hardness Test, Acetone Test, Strength Test, Glass Content Test and other specified test. Flanges are fabricated as per numerous bolt dimension systems like ASME, DIN, JIS, BS etc as specified by clients.

FRP DUCT & FRP PIPE

Coroseal designs & manufactures FRP (Fibre-Reinforced Plastic) pipes and fittings for varied applications. Coroseal can fabricate Pipe, Duct & Fittings upto 3000 mm Diameter and length 12000 mm. The pipes and ducts are manufactured mainly by Hand Lay-up or filament winding processes depending on the design conditions specified. To reduce field assembly time and project costs, along with maintaining the product quality, Coroseal expertise’s in fabricating pipes as per drawings provided according to the site conditions at our facility in the longest practical shippable lengths. The joints either can be butt & wrapped or flanged.

FRP Pipe, Duct & Fittings surpass other materials of construction in a broad spectrum of corrosive environment and temperature. That's because these pipes and ducts are mechanically very strong and can tackle high pressure and vacuum.

What Is FRP Grating?

FRP Grating (also known as Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Grating or Fiberglass Grating) is a composite material manufactured by combining a matrix of resin and fiberglass. FRP Grating does not corrode like steel grating and is therefore used in corrosive environments to reduce maintenance costs.

FRP Piping

In Addition, Coroseal manufactures thermoplastic lined FRP (dual Laminate) pipe for varied applications. Coroseal have combined various thermoplastic and fluoropolymers liners (PVC, C-PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, E-CTFE, FEP etc.) with glass fibre reinforced polyester resins.
